Content not showing in View

I have created a new sub-folder under the document library.

I have created a new sub-type for a new document type.

When I create my first document in Windchill using that data sub-type in my new folder, I get a flash bar that says document created, but nothing appears in the folder. If I change my view from All to Owner, the document shows in the folder. Change it Modified by and it still shows, but go back to All and it goes away. Should not the All view type show everything with no restrictions?

I am on Windchill 11.0 m030 and have added new sub-types in prior versions with no problems.

Has anyone else seen this issue and/or have any suggestions or work-arounds?
