Create mount for root folder "vault1" failed.

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.2.0

Create mount for root folder "vault1" failed. Nested exception is: wt.util.WTException: Creation of subfolder below root folder "vault1" failed. A physical folder corresponding to the root folder mount path "D:\cnitWcVault\vault1" does not exist.

    Hi @ZL_10908440 

    So create the folder D:\cnitWcVault\vault1 on the server disk drive.

    and grant a modify access to the user who run the Windchill service.

    D:\cnitWcVault\vault1 exists. If it does not exist, the following error is reported:

     

    Create mount for root folder "vault1" failed. Nested exception is: wt.util.WTException: Some of the mounts are not valid D:\cnitWcVault\vault2 - not exist
