Created Custom Action on Workspace page but custom java script functions are not loading

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.2.0

Created Action on Workspace Page , but custom JavaScript functions are not loading

Here are the errors that I faced
not finding javascript function
