Creating a Product in windchill

Hi,

I just reinstalled windchill because the PTC support told me to do so. Now I want to create a product using administrator account but it says

"you are not a member of any product, and you are not able to create a product." How to create a product using admin account?

Hi Luar,

In windchill site administrator can't create Product.

But other adminitrator can if they are part of Product Creator.

However, it is observed that if you are creating Product using LoadFromFile utility using site administrator credential the creator name will be "Site,Administraor" in UI.
