Creating Enterprise Data directly from Windchill UI

Version: Windchill 13.0

 

Use Case: User wants to have attribute that is shared across various views but at the same time Change-Management controllable. Enterprise Data looks like something good for that but I see no way to create it directly through UI, compared to Load File - https://support.ptc.com/help/windchill/plus/r12.0.2.0/en/index.html#page/Windchill_Help_Center%2FExpMPM_CreatingObjectsUsingLoader.html%23

Hello, according to this URL there is a way to create Enterprise Data using LoadFile (it requires some preferences setup but that's not so important).

Question now is - is there any OOTB Create wizard for this Enterprise Data, or is it only supposed to be created through load files?

No worries Catalina, it turned out to be not so important on my end. Still, it's quite odd that such object can only be created together with WTPart but not later on (unless using LoadFile command with proper file input).
