Creating New Variant option for all levels in the BOM

Working with O&V, when a new variant is generated from overloaded structure, if a variant exist in the system with the same options, the existing part is getting selected by default at children level. 

We require an option to select whether it should create a new part or reuse the existing part at different levels.
