Creating report with Change Tasks and Problem Reports that are tied to disconnected users

I am trying to create a report that contains any change tasks or problem report currently assigned to users that are disconnected. I found this https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS178728 but am having issues bringing in the problem report and/or change request/notice tasks.
