creation of PDF/A beside standard PDF Format for Creo Elements/Direct and SolidWorks

PDF/A is a ISO normed standard for PDF file used for long term archiving.

CAD Workers for Creo Parametric are able to create PDF/A beside standard PDF Format, but not for Creo Elements/Direct and SolidWorks.

By using SealSystems converter before introducing Windchill we used that feature for those CAD systems before but missing it in Windchill.
