Creator cannot manage Team members

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 13.1 and Datecode with CPS 13.1.0.0 Requirement: For custom part type "CBB Part", ONLY its Creator should maintain team members (add/remove). Tried independently (both failed): Approach A - Policy Administration: Granted "Full Control" to dynamic role "Creator" in /Default/PDM and /System domains. Approach B - Lifecycle Template: Granted "Full Control" to the "Owner" role directly in the lifecycle template. Current Issue: Only the Administrator account can see the "Add/Remove Member" options. The Creator cannot see these options on the Team page. Questions: What is the standard configuration to achieve this? Are we missing a preference (e.g., Access Permission Configuration (PDM)) or facing domain priority issues? What is the correct domain and permission setup?
