Creo keeps spinning when connected Windchill.

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.0.0

Opening Creo with connected to Windchill, it just keep spinning and not able to connect to Windchill.

Here's a few troubleshooting tips:

Check to make sure the login window isn't in the background somewhere, or maybe on another monitor.
Confirm that you can access Windchill using the URL directly in a web browser such as Chrome
try restarting your computer

Hello Joe,

i do an alternative way to fix this issue. But i'm just wondering why this happens frequently to the users. I restart the system clear the Creo cache and it works. I've not seen this issue before, i'm trying to find the root cause of this issue.
