CREO VIEW CREATE DEFAULT REPRESENTATION

good morning, i have a little trouble... i open a representation from Windchill with Creo View, then i see that one file is not published, so i try to create a default representation by clicking on the preview window of windchill but, at this point, another window pops up (closing the opened file in Creo View) with only a message SENT TO PUBLISHER. and its annoying... anyone of you has the same problem? thanks
