Creo View is installed but wont launch from Windchill

Question

I'm using Windchill 10.2 M030-CPS04 and have installed Creo View 3.0.  I do not have a full version of Creo running on my computer.  When selecting an assembly in Windchill a separate window opens with the following message:
 
Install Creo View Client
Stop Checking for New Versions
 
It seems Windchill doesn't know Creo View is installed.  Any ideas on how to resolve?  Thanks.

Before Windchill 11.0I believe you need to have Creo View Express installed in order to open objects from Windchill and then you can open it in Creo View Lite, etc. Creo View Express installs the necessary browser plug-in for Internet Explorer. Creo View Express plug-in only works with Internet Explorer. After Windchill 11.0The mechnanism to open files in Creo View from Windchill has changed because plugins are a browser security issue. The Creo View Agent is replacing the Creo View Plug-in. Creo View works with IE, Chrome, and Firefox.
