Creo View preview is Blank in Windchill

We recently began using Windchill PDM Essentails. Previews previously worked with Product View Express but you could not mark up the files when opened in Product Express. I have installed Creo View using the software downloads in the quick links tab. Now with Creo View Lite installed the previews in Windchill are black, and the "Open in Creo View" does not work either. Please help!

PS: I installed the 32 bit version on my 64 bit CPU. Couldn't find a 64 bit for download.
