Creo WGM, Data Loss

What we encounter on a regular basis since we are on Creo3 M120 and WT10.2, is that our users loose saved data.  The files are still present in the local cache, but they vanished from the workspace or appear as ghosts in the workspace.

Initially, we disregarded the complaints, but more and more we are convinced there is an integrity problem with the WGM.

Any similar cases in the community?
