creo Windchill interaction

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.0.0

our users are unable to register windchill server with Creo Parametric. in Creo, File > Server Management > Register server action fails. Please find 2 attached screenshots.

Here are the errors that I faced

In order to create a connection from Creo to Windchill, the logged in user needs to have the right Windchill license assigned to them. They should have the "PTC Creo Data Management and Visualization" assigned. Then they can create a connection.
