CRITICAL SEVER INFORMATION

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M020 CPS28

Need assistance with fixing the "CRITICAL SEVER INFORMATION " warning notification. It appears that 3D CAD is regeneration status green. but for some reason, the warning notification is still show up.
