Custom JSP action menu items giving 500 error

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 13.0 and Datecode with CPS 13.0.2.0

Certain jsps are not loading for custom action menu buttons, getting a 500 error. This worked in 12.0.2.0

Here are the errors that I faced:

Page could not respond: /ptc1/ext/iti/cadiq/CADIQTemplate_step
500 /ptc1/ext/iti/cadiq/CADIQTemplate_step

Check Windchill logs, and apache logs. 

It seams that there can be some error on your jsp page
