Custom Process Grade file not being used with Mission Profile calculations

I am using Windchill Risk and Reliability Enterprise Edition (Formerly Relex) Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS02 to perform Mean Time Before Failure (MTBF) calculations on circuit board assemblies.

I’m using 217Plus to perform the calculations along with a custom Mission Profile.  When I run the calculations the Process Grade file seems to be used for regular Failure Rate and MTBF but not for the Mission Profile.  The Mission Profile Failure Rate and MTBF never changes no matter how drastically I change the Process Grade file.

I’ve been through all the Google AI suggestions but nothing works or it’s telling me to change things that don’t exist.

I’m stuck.
