Customizing SaveAs option in windchill!!

Dear all,

I am new to Windchill customization. My requirement is, while SavaAs an Assembly in windchill i need to strike out the Library parts (Standard Parts) if anything exist in that assembly.

Can anyone suggest me to which file i have to modify to achieve this???
