Datalogger related issue

Dear Team 

 

one of our client facing the datalogger related issue the below error event is showing

1/6/2025 10:40:32 AM Error Data Logger Plug-in Unable to query recordset on Log Group 'NOF_PLC_IMP4'. Reason: The message body may not be NULL. A zero-length UNICODE or binary string is allowed.The statement has been terminated.
1/6/2025 10:41:11 AM Error Data Logger Plug-in Unable to query recordset on Log Group 'NOF_PLC_IMP5'. Reason: Transaction (Process ID 177) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.

after this error data is not logging to the SQL so for temporary solution i create the new log group with the same configuration & data is logging to SQL.

Thank you for the update. This is for Kepware, however, issue get resolved by global team.

 

We upgrade the version and segregate the thread to reduce the load.

What product are using ? Relex, Windchill ??

We upgrade the version and segregate the thread to reduce the load.
