Default Unit - eliminate Each

From a little bit of searching, it appears enumcustomize of QuantityUnitRB.rbInfo can be used to add DefaultUnit values.
Has only tried to REPLACE the use of EACH with something else? Like PCS?
I'm thinking I just change the Display of EA.
I'd love to hear of your experiences on this.

I would not change the display of EA because EA is a special UOM with
special functionality to ensure the the Show/Hide Occurrences
functionality works with BoMs. Specifically, you cannot have a 0 QTY EA.
Therefore, if you need a 0 QTY PCS and/or if you still need EA to
Show/Hide Occurrences then you cannot simply have the internal value of
PCS be each and expect the system not to treat PCS as each. Meanwhile if
you change some other display value to say "EA" but the internal value is
something else, then you will end up with 0 QTY "EA"s that will not work
with Occurrences.

Typically you can set the default value for rbinfo files. In newer
versions of Windchill you may have to change the Layout Manager. But
whatever you do, don't just change the display value of "EA" to say
something else. EA is special.
