I think it's enough to edit it, like change a parameter in proe. Status goes back to In Work.

I cannot change a PPT parameter in Proe, which makes sende to me. Parameter "PTC_PP_RELEASE_STATE" is locked. I created a new iteration so this gets status "IN WORK". But when I want to delete the file I still get the conflict that released version with lower iteration exists. Its so easy to release a file, dropdown, klick on datamangment and below lock you have RELEASE but how can I reverse this operation ? to get rid of those files ?

Maybe try going to Reports > Version History in a part's drop down menu. There you get a list of all iterations. You can then click "Delete Minor Versions". This might let you delete the part. Andri
