Deleteing objects: object references object that was removed from the system.

Hello,

I am stuck with deleting objects due to the following error:

Referential integrity violations occurred for this operation:
...
Object "EPMDescribe Link - wt.epm.structure.EPMDescribeLink:37206516" references the object "wt.epm.EPMDocument:37180131" that was removed from the system.

Any hints how to proceed?

It seems like an EPM Document (CAD document) was deleted from the system but the link back to the WT Part was not. (Not sure how that happens...) I wonder if deleting the WT Part would correct the problem.
