Demo monolithic server, virtualbox/CentOS

I have this Centos server running fine wired into our network, but as soon as I unplug the cable, windchill wont start anymore.

I have fixed the IPs and Im using a host-only connection + a NAT connection for internet.

Any thougths on what should I check?
