Did any one tried "Using custom reports from Windchill" Module in the Windchill Extension Guide?

I have tried "Using custom reports from Windchill" Module from the Windchill Extension Guide to show the windchill reports in Thingworx environment. But i am facing the issue while testing the service as in the below screenshot. Please help me if anyone tried.
