Has anyone managed to download the VM machine Windchill_13.1.3.0_Rev01 from the site esdcne-ftp01p.ptc.com using filezilla?

I have downloaded it no issues, have you tried hq-ftp01.ptc.com?

Hi Bryank,
I tried using hq-ftp01.ptc.com as the site with FileZilla 3.70.6, but the download failed, returning the following messages:
Status: Resolving address of hq-ftp01.ptc.com
Status: Connecting to 12.11.148.35:22...
Status: Hostkey is trusted
Status: Retrieving directory listing...
Error: Cannot parse attributes, unknown bits set in flags: 0x3c
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing
I don't understand the problem. Could it be some incorrect FileZilla settings? Let me know what version of FileZilla you used and any settings you set in Site Manager.

    This issue related Filezilla latest version. You should downgrade the filezilla version. FileZilla_3.69.3 (I was able to download with this version) I hope that it helps.
