Downloading the assembly to given folder

  Hi Friends,

Can you please help for below requirement.

Requirement: Command line application, downloading Assembly and corresponding components in specified location.

Inputs:

1.       Wind-chill URL

2.       User name

3.       Password

4.       Assembly name

5.       Assembly version(Specified version: can be older version, not the latest version)

6.       Output folder

Output:

1.       Assembly file of specific version downloaded in given output folder

2.       Assembly component file(s) of specific version in given output folder
