Downstream Equivalence Table (MAPSB)

Can someone help me understand what I am seeing.

We have a wtPart with just one View (As Designed). At one time it may have been in a different view that we no longer use called Modeled and was converted to As Designed.

On the Info Page / History for that part I only see on View for the entire history.

But in MAPSB, the Downstream Equivalence Table shows views in Upstream and Downstream?
