Duplicate representation/Annotation in windhchill

Hello all,

 

in my Windchill-12, in Representation/Annotation table, initially it was showing 1 representation but as soon as I updated and promoted the drawing to released, it is now showing 2 same representation. how?

 

is it okay if I delete the other representation ? see snap attached

Hello @SC_8321054 

 

It is standard behavior that the representation is generated during promotion process.

 

The promotion representation can be used for notes and so on. 

 

Article CS340395 describes how to turn on/off the promotion representations

How to OFF this promotion representation? it is not mentioned in Article CS340395.
