Question

ECN Affected product range identification error

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.0 and Datecode with CPS F000-CPS01

Symptom When I view the affected products during engineering changes, a list of products that have used the affected objects in historical versions is displayed. As a result, the ECN notification of the affected system is also incorrect

It is found that the historical version of the material found when the parent item is collected by the affected object is not the latest, which should be caused by a problem with the collection rule

    Hi,

That was a little hard to follow. Could you clarify a bit?

It sounds like you're using ECNs in Windchill. I'm not sure what you mean by "affected products." To my knowledge, ECNs capture the Affected and Resulting "Objects". For both of these, it's something a user has to select.

I'm not sure where "affected system" is coming from? Do you have any customizations running on your ECNs?

I'm also having trouble understanding the your last sentence. What is the desired function, and what is happening instead?
