Effects of Adding Groups in Approver roles

This is workflow a 101 question.When I put a Group into an Approver or Reviewer role in Projectlink does every member of the group receive the assignment?Also, does each member need to respond or is it first come firstcompletes? This is a systemic Windchill question that has bugged me forwhile.

Typically, OOTB, yes, all members of the group are required. If you edit
the workflow activity, you can set it to Any (from All). If it is set to
Any, then any user can Approve and it will go away for the others. Or, a
user can select "Accept Task" and it will stay in their inbox but go
away from everyone else's.

Thanks Dan for answering the question about Groups in approver roles. It guided me into the Workflow and found what you meant. It is a place I don't enter often and willbe most careful about tweaking. But it was eye-opening togain a little more insight intoWindchill functionality
