Enabling Windchill Access to External Users

Currently only internal users using Windchill application. We are planning to give access to External Users through B2B setup. Hence I enabled SSO. Also I enabled Basic authentication for local ldap users.

After this Creo View , Windchill Server registration in Creo and WGM(Solid works) not working for basic authentication URL - https://<server>/basicLogin.html

Any advise?
