Version: Windchill 13.0

Use Case: When the preference Enforce Line Numbers is set to NO and in the DT the attribute Publish Line Numbers for Components in an Assembly when Publishing a BOM: is set to YES. Even if a line number is blank in the BOM it throws an error in ESI.
