EPMDocument Purge Pending Issue

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.1.1

What would cause purge job of PDMLink pending?
the event information of this job could not been display(always loading).
How to deal with this situation?

    I would start to investigate the log files.

    Methodserver or backgroundmethodserver logs in Windchill log folder.

    Do you have a screen shot or text of the error? Did you have the purge job setup on a future time schedule?

    Is it possible to share screenshots and log files with error message ? Please pinpoint the timestamps (start/finish) and the login used.
