ERP connector with Infor Systeline

Hello,

We’re currently looking for a solution to connect our ERP system, Infor Syteline, with Windchill 13.
Could you let us know which tool or connector you’ve used for this integration?

I am sure there might not be many people who have connected to that specific ERP application but you basically have two options, ERP Connector or ESI services using TIBCO. The first was is free but involves export of an XML file that can be read in by your ERP software and processed. The TIBCO method is a licensed module but allows for bi-directional feedback with Windchill if that is important for your workflow. Basically, ERP Connector is fire and forget. The other allows for confirmation that data was transferred.

You also have PLM Integrator from Felco Solutions.  It will pass a JSON file to your ERP system to process.  It does cost, but is a fraction of the cost of TIBCO.  We have been using it to pass new BOMs, changed BOMs, component changes and ECO information to ERP.  It does provide feedback, but only as good as the ERP system provides.  We are currently working to pull information from our ERP to Windchill and store in IBAs.  We have also used it to connect to Planisware to get information out of there for use in Windchill.
