Error during schema creation, while adding columns

I am trying to get a fresh installation of Windchill on my local machine. But i faced the below error on fresh installation

  

I looked it up in PTC Support and it says this is because of “Windows Servers Auto Admin Approval mode”

I changed this setting in User Account Control setting and ran recovery for installation. Then there was an another error 

 

I am attaching all the installation logs. 
Please let me know if anything else is required

    May be the SQL user password not correspond with windows group policy for user password.

    Hi Pramod,

    From the logs it seems that you are trying to install Windchill 11.1 F000 on Windows 10 OS.

    As per 11.1 F000 Software Matrices, following are the supported platforms :

     

    The following platforms are supported for Windchill enterprise server production deployment. Additional details are in the matrices included in this document:
     Windows Server 2008 R2 (64-bit)
     Windows Server 2012 R2 (64-bit)
     Windows Server 2016 (64-bit)
     Solaris 11.3 (or higher in the 11.x series) (SPARC & x86) (64-bit)
     Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 (64-bit)
     Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 (64-bit)


    Development and Test Systems Support
    The following additional platforms are supported for Windchill development and test only. PTC strongly recommends that customers use the same platform for their test and production environments.
     Windows 7 (64-bit)
     Windows 8.1 (64-bit) (1)
