Error message when logging into Winchill server in Creo software

When connecting to a server in Creo software, a pop-up prompt appears:The winchill license for server XXX is insufficient, and the connection to the server is denied.

Is there a problem with the license? However, I have no problem logging into Winchill in the browser.

Does any friend know how to solve it? thank you!

This is most likly expected .

My guess is that you are login with wcadmin with no license assigned this works for windchill but not in creo .

take a a look at https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS282719

Another cause is that when using an incomatible windchill/creo pair https://www.ptc.com/cn/support/article/CS172786
