I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 13.1 and Datecode with CPS 13.1.0.0

error strarting app

slow run? hangs on startup////

Yep, post some of the details of the servermanager and methodserver log. Remove any personal details from logs like hostnames. Look for where its complaining about something.
