ESI for Alternate Parts Oracle ERP

I am using Windchill Enterprise Systems Integration Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M020-CPS12

Does Oracle ERP have Alternate Part functionality like what exists in Windchill, my ERP team is saying they have only Alternate BOM but not Parts, we do not want to setup Alternate BOM and allow manufacturing to choose from list of alternate components if need arises.
Has anyone sent Alternate Parts to Oracle ERP system? any idea on which module in Oracle reflects that would be helpful

I'm Charles from PTC Technical Support in Europe, I will provide you assistance on this question.

I've been able to get in contact with PTC's SME and they confirm Oracle only deals with alternate BOMs, and not alternates.

I wish I could help you more regarding this use-case.
