Event management, language

In our Windchill installation we have user in Denmark (English), and in France (French). In the Event management in Creo we Danish user gets some times messages in French. We are running with the same database server, and a fileserver in each country.

It is only in the Event management I have seen the problem.


Can I some there in Windchill set the language?

I agree it is weird. You can try applying latest CPS on one of the test boxes . The SPR is fixed in 10.2 M030 CPS04.

There are no specific setting in windchill preferences, the language of the webpage goes by the language preference in your browser. I believe you are facing the issue mentioned in SPR 2888767. Which version of Windchill are you using?

It look like the same, I use 10.2 M030-CPS02.

I think but not sure, it started then we migrated our France company, after we have migrated our Spanish company, but I can't remember I have seen any Spanish messages.
