Export a Promotion Request as PDF

What is the simplest method to export the details of a promotion request in PDF format, from PDMLink.

We would like to export this and forward it to supplier as proof of signoff.

The type of things we need to export is Request name, Date, Parts included, sign off authority, date and decision etc.

If it doesn't need to contain text and only be an image, make a custom tab and include only the data elements you need, then screen-grab the page and print the image to PDF using one of many free PDF printer software packages out there (like CutePDF) or use Adobe if you are already paying for the functionality.
