Export Control Characteristics for Windchill to Windchill packages

Question

I am using Windchill MPMLink Release 13.0 and Datecode with CPS 13.0.1.3

Is it possible to export a Control Characteristic associated to a Part? Either within a Technical
Data Package, Replication Package, or as a Part export? I have been reviewing functionality,
documentation, and code to see whether a Control Characteristic can be exported - ideally
with the associated part, but also by itself - and I haven't been able to find a way. Is this
theoretically or actually possible within current Windchill MPMLink functionality?

Here are the errors that I faced
When creating a zip package for deliver to PTC Windchill the Exclusion Reason is "Object is not supported for PTC Windchill format option".
