Export CREO part/assembly files from windchill server A and import into server B

It is not so easy and straight forward but you can use

Export/Import utility on a context. from a utility

You just need same configuration on both sides. 

or Packages to exchange the data from server to server. But for that you need a licence.

Do a Save-As backup to disk of the file from Server A, then connect to Server B and load the file into Creo and save. This will create the file as a new file on Server B.
