Export Multiple Projects to a File System

I have a need to export multiple projects to a file system. I know I can export each project to a file by exporting them one by one, but when you have over thousands of projects it becomes cumbersome very quickly.

 

What is the most practical way of projects mass export?

Hello @Alexa 

OOTB Tool, utility or function do not exist to export project plans to a file system from multiple project contexts from Windchill.

    Do you have any suggestion on how this could be achieved using some development effort?

    Hi @Alexa 

    I can imagine, some function, but an effort would be huge. 

    If you have for example 250+ projects it is faster to do so manually.

     

    If you need it to do regularly, I would advice to aim to some integration then export to a file. 

     

    I've never tried to think about it, but I can imagine it could be possible. But time consuming work.
