I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.2.2

Hi Team,

I am looking to extract User info from windchill 12.
Here is query :
How to export context "team roles", "team members", and "access policy rules" in Windchill 12 ?
How to export Groups into an excel under organization which has the info about the team members and access?

Would be great to get support on it.

One org, or multiple orgs?

I have a canned report that will give you all of the roles a person is in and in what contexts. I think I got it from here: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS189509?source=search

 

I don't know how you would get the corresponding access policies in report format (I haven't done that - but I am sure you can)
