External Browser from Creo for windchill

Hi

We have registered server from Creo. It has three workspaces. I observed a random behavior and could not also identify when it behaves like this.

Once I click to change workspace from Creo by doing manage server, sometime external browser gets opened outside of Creo which I need to close twice or thrice before I could see changed active workspace from Creo . I am not sure when this happen as each time external browser for Wind chill is not opened.

How to avoid this problem?
