External security risks of CREO VIEW files

Hello,
We would like to discuss the risks of exporting data from PDMLINK.

When viewing data through Creo View, CreoView files are created in the temporary directory.
If someone maliciously exports a CreoView file to the outside world, the data can be opened with Creo View.

This appears to be a potential risk to data security.

What policies do users of the PTC Community use to protect their data from these risks?
