[External] Windchill vs competition
It depends on who you are talking to. The reality in many companies is that the Engineering (CAD) division doesn’t drive the enterprise PLM-ERP-MES conversation nor do they have the budget. Though I wish they had more of a voice. This is why you see several of the successful PLM software packages that have nothing to do with CAD.
