Failed to enable pdf commenting

I am getting the below error whiile publishing a job to Office worker.

I'm also getting the exact same error. Is your issue resolved? Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

  • Resolution:
    • First: Confirm the exact user credential defined at the time of installation and configuration of Adobe LiveCycle Server by following steps below 
  1. Access the page http://<hostname_of_Adobe_LiveCycle_server>:8080/adminui
  2. Enter username as administrator and password as password
  3. Click on Settings > Trust Store Management > Local Credentials:
    LC PDFGen Credentials
  • Second: Update the Document Adapter Configuration to reflect the same user credential by clicking on adapter.pvi file in worker setup directory

  • Third: Make sure Readerextension Credential alias in adapter.pvi file and property edrload.livecycle.assembler.credentialalias under <Windchill_Home>\codebase\WEB-INF\conf\wvs.properties file are same
  • Alternatively: This same error can also occur when the LiveCycle server's host name (or IP address) is not listed in the Internet Explorer Trusted Sites:
    1. Internet Options > Security tab
    2. Select Trusted sites from the Select a zone to view or change security settings list
    3. Click the Sites button
    4. Add the server hostname or IP address
    5. Click Close and OK respectively to close the dialogues
