Family table instances revision mismatch

We have a user who has revised instances so that the latest generic is incompatible with some latest instances.

I was trying to use the following article https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS128366 I can't find the option 'Per Workspace Configuration' described in the article. Note, I don't want to revise all objects as it would include an ECN and sending out new drawings to the supplier.

We're using PDMLink 10.2 M030-CSP25

Anyone who have used the process in the article or have another solution for aligning the latest generic with all latest instances?
